Amanda L. Garcia was born in Riverside, California. She graduated from California State University San Bernardino in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, and received her J.D. in 2016 from Southwestern Law School.
At Southwestern, Ms. Garcia was a member of Street Law and Children’s Rights Clinic, working with at-risk youth and advocating for children’s education rights. She dedicated over 300 hours to public service, working with indigent clients in all areas of the law. During law school, she interned for Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers, as a certified law clerk, and was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
After graduating law school, Ms. Garcia began working at DeWitt Algorri & Algorri as a law clerk handling all firm discovery and has since joined the firm as an Associate.
